Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer Standard and Express options for both Canada and the U.S.
Within Canada:
- Standard Shipping (3–9 business days): $9.90 on orders under $200.
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $21.90
- Free Shipping on orders of $200 and up
To the United States:
- Standard Shipping (4–8 business days): $13.90 USD on orders under $200 CAD
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days): $24.90 USD
- Free Shipping on orders of $200 CAD and up
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
Local Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at:

Delays
Please note that weather conditions, holidays, or high-demand seasons may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. L’Odeur is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution — either a replacement or a refund.
🛃 International Customers (USA)
We do not charge U.S. sales tax. Customers in the United States are responsible for any applicable import duties or local taxes upon delivery, if required by their state or customs.
