Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds or exchanges within 14 - days for only unopened items with receipt and the original payment method. Your satisfaction is important to us!
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
- The item must be sealed in its original cellophane wrapping, unless the product does not come with cellophane. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return.
- Proof of purchase: The original receipt is required for all refunds or exchanges.
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be covered by the customer.
- Non-refundable items: Gift cards and perfume oils.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution, whether it be a replacement or refund.
